Next time you find yourself somewhere very noisy - like the playground.
Do your Mindful Listening challenge.
You might be on top of the slide, or on the swing, or just running around having fun. But when you remember to do your challenge, all you have to do is pause. Bring your attention into your ears. Notice what your ears can hear.
Your challenge is to notice the loudest sound you can hear, and then the quietest sound you can hear.
When you're finished, write them both down or tell your parents how you got on!
